You must contact Kosheet Glam Beautique by email: [email protected] regarding any item that is FAULTY, being that all sales are FINAL due to products are made to order. If any items is damaged upon receipt pictures should be taken and sent to email address within 72 hours of delivery date also product should be returned to seller. Once again once product is ordered all sales are final unless product received faulty and reported within 72 hours of package delivery date. Otherwise no returns or refunds. Product must also be unused or unworn. Investigated on a need be basis.
